ABOUT US
The SUNPARADISE Company with today 250 employees was established in the principality of Liechtenstein in 1993 and has its registered offices in Vaduz. SUNPARADISE has a sales and marketing organisation active throughout Europe for the successful sale & marketing of high quality aluminium and glass systems and conservatories.
All the SUNPARADISE systems were produced in two production factories, in Turkey and Thailand. The factories produces a wide range of aluminium systems according to Swiss quality standards and has under Swiss management.
The production process is divided
into three main areas:

Production of most metal fittings for its own profile systems
such as hinges, suspensions, running trolleys, rod locking gears, etc. The employees in this area work on modern CNC-controlled machine tool equipment. In addition, they are also responsible for the proper loading fo the heavy goods vehicles carrying the export goods.

Powder-coating equipment
The aluminium profile blanks are powder-coated at using state-of-the-art coating equipment. According to the quality requirements for the process, the aluminium profiles undergo pre-treatment in 7 baths. The profiles are subsequently coated in 2 powder-coating chambers and a wet lacquer chamber and are then fired in the enamelling stove. This equipment is able to coat profiles with a length of up to 6,8m and to change colours within 10 minutes thanks to a quick-change powder-coating chamber. Coating with practically all RAL / NCS colours is possible from our colour warehouse with short waiting times.

Production of aluminium systems

divided into 4 areas:

  • Production of vertical glazing
  • Production of conservatory roofs
  • Production of diagonal glazing
  • Metal processing and blanks

All glazing and roofing systems have been developed by SUNPARADISE itself.
As a result, approximately 350 different aluminium profiles were developed, made into shapes and put into stock in recent years. To complement the assortment, countless shapes were developed and manufactured as zinc and plastic die-casting parts. SUNPARADISE maintains a wide-ranging product assortment to meet various needs as well approx. 20 different EPDM (ethylene-propylene rubber) seals.
